By accessing our website or enrolling in any training program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

cfntrainu provides educational and skills-based training focused on outbound sales communication, cold calling techniques, sales systems, and related professional development topics.

Our Services are for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial services, lending, funding, legal advice, or employment opportunities.

2. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Sales results
• Income or earnings
• Business success
• Employment or placement outcomes

Any examples, frameworks, or training materials are provided for educational purposes only. Results depend on individual effort, experience, skill level, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Program Access & Delivery

Access to training materials, coaching sessions, or system walkthroughs may be provided digitally, live, or through scheduled sessions depending on the selected program tier.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the content or structure of our training programs at any time to maintain quality and relevance.

5. Payments & Fees

All fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are charged as one-time educational fees, unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees for your selected program.

6. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that training materials, coaching sessions, or services have not been substantially accessed or delivered.

Once services have been rendered or program access has been used, all sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cfntrainu@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, scripts, documents, templates, and content provided by cfntrainu are the intellectual property of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials without prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent our training as a business opportunity or income program
• Use our materials for unlawful or unethical purposes
• Share proprietary content with third parties
• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or compliance requirements

9. Compliance Responsibility

Training may include general information on compliance-focused calling practices; however, participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to TCPA, DNC regulations, and industry-specific requirements.

cfntrainu does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cfntrainu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable training program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cfntrainu, its officers, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that compromises the integrity of our programs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
