Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided that training materials, program access, coaching sessions, or system access have not been substantially used or delivered. Once training materials have been accessed, coaching sessions have occurred, or services have been rendered, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
